The amount of ReachOption cash you are eligible for depends on the value of the property. The current investment guidelines are as follows:
Maximum amount is 20% of the current value of the property.
The aggregate outstanding debt on the property plus the ReachOption amount cannot exceed 80% of the current value of the property.
Minimum amount is $50,000
