Our process is designed to be simple and unintrusive.  However, we do have to collect some information in order to make our decision to provide our clients with this option.  We respect and protect the privacy of those who use our website. The personal information we collect from you in our simple application is not sold with any outside parties for their promotional use.  We will, however, use it to send you communications, responses and special offers on other products or services offered by ReachOption.  We may also supply the information you provide, on a strictly confidential basis, to service providers, such as title companies, appraisers, credit reporting services, etc., who assist us in qualifying, processing, closing and servicing your option contract.

We want to assure you of the privacy of the information you provide to us, we want you to be comfortable using our site and confident in our commitment to your privacy.

Please note that in rare cases we may have to disclose certain information to comply with legal processes such as a tax lien, law enforcement request, court order or subpoena.  We will comply only if we are legally required to do so. If there is a change of control such as sale, merger, transfer exchange or other disposition of ReachOption, your information will also be transferred on a confidential basis, to the acquiring entity.  If we make significant changes to our privacy policies with respect to how we use personal information, we will post our new policy on our web site at least 30 days before they take affect.
